ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Maintain project accounting records using QuickBooks software.
  2. Prepare and submit finncial reports.
  3. Prepare montly study budgets.
  4. Monitor budgets utilization and communicate variances on a regular basis to the management and sponsors.
  5. Receive and account for pettycash.
  6. Maintain complete and accurate office petty cash records and reconciliation.
  7. Management of office and study supplies.
  8. Manage service providers and suppliers.
  9. Provide adminstrative,operations and logistical support to ongoing study activities.
  10. Manage project vehicles and cordinate transport.
  11. Implement financial policies and procedures.
  12. Manage vendor and utility bills.
  13. Maintainance of all project equipment and maintain fixed asset register.
  14. Any other duty assigned by project management from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finnce or Accounting from a recognized university
  2. CPA-K
  3. Advanced Excel.
  4. Quick Books-Added advantage.

EXPERIENCE

Experience in procurement processes will be an added advantage.

Experience of accounting and/or bookkeeping.

  3. Excellent report writing skills.
  4. Strong personal communication.
  5. High integrity and confidentiality.
  6. Excellent communication skills.
